Abstract

At present, China is changing from a large manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country. Craftsman spirit is not only the spiritual source of national manufacturing, but also the brand capital for enterprise competitive development, but also the guide for the personal growth of employees. Therefore, as the main position of cultivating high-quality skilled talents, secondary vocational colleges shoulder the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, and craftsman spirit is an important connotation of curriculum thought and politics in secondary vocational colleges. Cultivating craftsman spirit is the inevitable choice for secondary vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, the internal need of secondary vocational students' career development, and the objective requirement of implementing the strategy of building a powerful country. Under the collaborative mechanism of general education in secondary vocational colleges, all courses contain rich elements of Ideological and political education. In order to better implement the cultivation and education of craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students, we should continuously improve the top-level design, innovate the whole process of education and teaching, improve teachers' curriculum ideological and political teaching ability and the leading role of dual qualified teachers, and effectively strengthen the cultivation of craftsman spirit, Export a large number of high-quality "craftsmen" for the country.
