Abstract

As China’s economy shifts to high-quality growth pattern, how to promote high-quality development of new infrastructure has gradually become an issue of common concern for experts and scholars. This paper introduces the development status of new infrastructure in China, analyzes the factors restricting the transformation and upgrading of new infrastructure, and further proposes countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of new infrastructure.
