Abstract
When the COVID-19 epidemic broke out in China, all sectors across the country have been affected by the epidemic, such as agriculture, micro and small businesses and the logistics industry, inevitably suffering Serious damage. In particular, traditional retail business has suffered greatly during the epidemic. At the same time, the new e-commerce model has become more and more popular because of its convenience and speed, and a large number of traditional retail enterprises have seized the opportunity to enter the new retail upgrade and transformation period. In recent years, Suning Tesco co.,ltd., as a leading retailer in China, has also experienced considerable challenges during the epidemic. This paper takes the retailer Suning Tesco co.,ltd. as an example to analyse the challenges and opportunities it faces in the post-epidemic era.
