With the rapid development of online bookstores, the business of brick-and-mortar bookstores inevitably goes into decline. In such a situation, the industry has to find its own survival rules. brick-and-mortar bookstores are related to people’s participation experience, this article takes the Chengdu Fangsuo Bookstore as the starting point, discusses in the entity bookstore space, the human and the bookstore space interaction relations, the spatial content is endowed by the rich and the multiplex symbol and the significance, is the multiple significance cultural complex, in this way, consumers can form a multi-dimensional identity of space.
