Abstract

The employment of graduate students has become a hot issue of social concern, and blockchain has become an important tool used in various industries. This paper applies blockchain thinking to the employment of graduate students, using the decentralization and distributed bookkeeping functions of blockchain thinking to organically integrate the factors of society, schools, enterprises and graduate students themselves, so as to adjust the training of graduate students at any time and improve the quality of employment.
