Abstract

Primary school education is not only the beginning of education, but also a key period to lay a good foundation for students' learning career in the future. English teaching itself is different from other courses. Therefore, in primary school English teaching, we must be able to ensure the quality and efficiency of teaching, grasp the characteristics of English teaching, and change the teaching method in combination with textbooks. In order to improve the quality of Public English teaching, teachers should optimize the innovation of teaching mode and design teaching scheme in combination with the direction of talent training of "three complete education", which is of positive significance to achieve the goal of high-quality talent training. This paper studies the characteristics of primary school English teaching and the opportunities faced by primary school English from the perspective of "three complete education", which has strong policy echo and unique vision. This paper first discusses the characteristics of primary school English teaching, then analyzes the challenges faced by primary school English teaching, and finally puts forward some suggestions and measures.
