Abstract
The independent learning team of citizens is an important part of community education. It is also a driving force to effectively promote community development and governance. Taking Xindu District as an example, this article elaborates on the current situation of the citizen independent learning team integrated into the community development governance, analyzing the problems in the process of integration, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis, aiming to guide the team to achieve self-organization, self-education, self-management, and self-service, in which continuously enhance the team's autonomous ability, and improving integration into community development governance.
