Abstract

Colleges and universities for Nationalities not only shoulder the important task of cultivating successors for our country, but also undertake the mission of maintaining national unity. In order to accomplish this task and mission, English teachers in Colleges for nationalities should not only improve their teaching ability, but also improve their scientific research ability. The tripartite cooperation of colleges, departments and teachers themselves can achieve this goal for a certain degree.
