Abstract

Carrying out comprehensive management of prison is to deepen the reform of the judicial system in the prison system. It is also the implementation of Chairman Xi’s rule of law in the work. What’s more, it could effectively solve the practical problems faced by prison law enforcement, then better implement the rule of law in China of builders, practitioners, and practitioners. In addition, the duty and mission of the defender would be the inevitable way to ensure the justice of law enforcement and improve the credibility of law enforcement. This paper focuses on the analysis of how to improve the credibility of law enforcement in the context of comprehensive governance. Starting from the connotation of the public trust of prison law enforcement, this paper analyzes the necessity of improving the credibility of law enforcement, and puts forward the strategies to improve the credibility of law enforcement from many aspects, so as to provide the reference for improving the credibility of prison law enforcement.
