Abstract
The extensive mobilization of all social forces to participate in the poverty alleviation is a successful experience of China's poverty alleviation and development project, and an important feature of China's poverty alleviation and development path [1]. Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan province is one of the concentrated and contiguous areas in China. It has a high level of poverty and is a hard nut to crack down on poverty alleviation in China. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize the entire social forces to participate in poverty alleviation and development. Based on this, this paper takes the status quo of the state's social poverty alleviation as the starting point, and puts forward suggestions for improving the social poverty alleviation support policy in the region, so as to maximally stimulate the participation of social actors in social poverty alleviation.
