Objective: To explore the clinical effect of multi-disciplinary team in patients with dangerous placenta previa with placenta implantation. Methods: The object of this study were 20 patients with dangerous placenta previa with placenta implantation treated in our hospital from August 2019 to April 2021. The cases were randomly divided into two groups by the coin method. 10 patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing intervention, and 10 patients in the experimental group were given multi-disciplinary team treatment. The differences of operation and hospitalization time between the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly less intraoperative bleeding and blood transfusion, shorter operation time and hospital stay. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Multi-disciplinary team can significantly shorten the operation time of patients with dangerous placenta previa with placenta implantation, control and reduce intraoperative bleeding and blood transfusion, and ensure good pregnancy outcome and maternal and infant life safety.
