Abstract
In the long-term development of colleges and universities, its ultimate goal is to maintain the economic and social benefits of colleges and universities. And to support this development, is the university's management of human resources, the quality of human resources, determines the potential of the university in the development, in the human resources management, performance appraisal and incentive mechanism has always run through the management of human resources, this paper from the university's performance appraisal of human resources and incentive mechanism, to explore the management of human resources.
