Abstract
As an important means of allocating higher education resources, general college admissions has always been the focus of attention of candidates, parents and society. At the same time, it is also a gathering point of various interests and conflicts.People are eager to obtain high-quality education, but high-quality educational resources are unevenly distributed and very limited. How to maintain fairness and justice in the entire enrollment process of ordinary universities, and how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enrollment targets, is the reform of the enrollment examination system The most urgent requirement is also the only way to legitimize the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities. The study of the rule of law has far-reaching significance for promoting the reform of the admissions examination system of ordinary colleges and universities, resolving difficulties in enrollment work, and improving the admission procedures of ordinary colleges and universities.
