Abstract
With the rapid development of society and economy, the competition in the education industry has become more and more fierce. Higher requirements are put forward for the human resource management of colleges and universities, resulting in more severe challenges. For a college, the human resources of colleges and universities, it is the foundation of the sustainable development of universities. The lack of talents will cause universities to be in a disadvantageous position in market competition. At the same time, a university has excellent talents, which is the core competitiveness of universities.
