Abstract

Enterprise merger and acquisition is one of the various ways of enterprise development. Enterprise merger and acquisition is an important means of sustainable development of enterprises. Successful mergers and acquisitions will make enterprises flourish, and failure of mergers and acquisitions will cause huge investment losses.
