Abstract
Teacher development is a key point for teachers. There are some problems of professional development of teachers in schools. Low job satisfaction, unreasonable professional relevance, lack of teaching skills, inadequate teacher training, and unreasonable evaluation system. In view of the present situation and existing problems of the professional development of teachers and based on these problems, some possible improvement strategies for the professional development of teachers are put forward.
