Abstract

This article analyzes the gap between the current college physical education curriculum content system and the realization of the curriculum objectives specified in the new “Outline”, and points out the shortcomings of the single subject curriculum formed by the lack of physical education functions, insufficient fitness functions, and neglect of practical innovation. It puts forward the reform ideas of constructing the basic framework of college physical education curriculum content system for the purpose of making use of the multi-functionality of physical education and promoting the development of the student body.
