Abstract

By establishing the complete process document of the project construction drawing design stage, applying the BIM technology to create the BIM model of the stage, comparing the cost result with the project time cost, summing up the cost difference, engineering quantity difference and price difference in this stage, finally exploring the phenomenon and reasons of the project cost difference, and finding the effective way of cost control in the construction drawing design stage.
