Abstract

In this paper, firstly, the policies are sorted out and the development status of SOEs is analyzed to summarize the development track of the mixed ownership reform of SOEs, and then, combined with the characteristics of the "economy with four news", its impact on the mixed ownership reform of SOEs is analyzed, and finally, the reform strategy is put forward. In the process of completing the reform of mixed ownership, SOEs should explore new ways in management system, talent cultivation and multi-field development.
