Abstract

In order to improve the practical effect of ideological and political education, set up the educational concept of "great ideological and political education" and carry out reform and innovation from a more open perspective, the construction of "great ideological and political education" must reflect the thoughts and wisdom contained in the educational concept. Setting up the sense of discipline, implementing the concept of "people-oriented", innovating the mechanism, integrating the team, expanding the occupation, optimizing the actual evaluation method, "comprehensive staff education, the whole process of education, and forming the pattern of "all-round education".
