Abstract

At present, promoting the development of China's agricultural modernization is an important policy to enhance the comprehensive strength of the country. In order to realize the healthy development of agricultural modernization, we must establish a complete and reliable legal system to provide protection and support. Combined with the analysis of the current development situation, the relevant laws and regulations for the development of agricultural modernization in China still need to be continuously strengthened and improved, and the realization of the grand goal of agricultural modernization still faces many challenges. Therefore, the author combined with the current development of agricultural modernization in China to analyze and explore how to improve the legal protection, for the reference of relevant scholars.
