Abstract

Under the new situation, the requirements of all parties in the society for the comprehensive quality of talents are gradually improved, coupled with the implementation of quality education, it is an inevitable trend for colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of students' Ideological and political team. To this end, colleges and universities should take "cultivating morality and cultivating people" as the central part of education, promote the comprehensive growth of students and cultivate a number of excellent talents for the society by strengthening the ideological and political education of students. However, in the actual process of the construction of the ideological and political team of students, due to the influence of many factors, the effect of the construction is not ideal.
