Abstract
With the national policy of "governing the country according to law" and the further development of the reform of the education system, governing schools according to law has gradually become a new educational trend, putting forward new high requirements for the governance ability of higher vocational colleges in China, and becoming a new goal to be explored and conquered on the road of governance development of higher vocational colleges. But as far as the actual situation is concerned, there are still many deficiencies in the governance ability of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of administering schools according to law, which need to be solved urgently. Based on this, this paper will combine with the problem of governance ability of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of administering schools according to law, and carry out research and analysis on it, which is only for the reference of relevant people.
