Abstract

After decades of reform and opening up, China has accumulated more and more experience, the most important of which is that China has followed and carried forward the socialist road of growth, and has found its core values in the course of carrying out the socialist road. In accordance with this value system, the Chinese people have explored and carried forward China's spiritual civilization, and have held the values of a socialist core concept in international exchanges with other countries. In last year's 19th CPC National Congress report, the same emphasis has been placed on the socialist core value system, At the same time, it also provides a better international environment for the "Belt and Road" initiative. The implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative can also help our country's international reputation and national soft power. In the face of the international test, the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative has intensified the pace of China's progress and also brought closer the exchanges and distances between China and other countries. The smooth implementation of "Belt and Road" is an important concept of the core value system in the socialist road [1].
