Abstract

Sports games is a kind of teaching method which can help children to promote physical education level and entertain body and mind. If it can be applied to kindergarten physical education teaching and training, it is very helpful for middle school children to improve kindergarten physical education level. By making full use of the competitive spirit of sports games, PE teachers should start with the foundation of kindergarten physical education teaching and training, explain kindergarten physical education skills to children and let them understand the important value of playing kindergarten physical education well.
