Abstract

The intellectual property agreement, along with the trade in goods and services, is one of the three pillars of the world trade organization (WTO). Strengthening intellectual property protection has become a new focus for developed countries to promote independent innovation, economic upgrading and transformation and international expansion.This article is to explore the impact of China's export cross-border e-commerce in the context of the global epidemic, hoping to give practical help.
