Abstract

The new crown pneumonia epidemic is widespread, if the phenomenon of food rush purchase is not stopped in time, it will affect the normal operation of the food market, and then cause the loss of families and society. This paper discusses the characteristics and harm of the phenomenon of food rush under the background of epidemic situation, the importance and method of constructing food security system under the background of epidemic situation, and aims to guide the related work.
