Research on Network-based College English Teaching and Ecological Model of English Teachers' Development

College English teaching under the network environment not only brings advantages to classroom teaching, but also has some impacts on teaching concepts, teaching methods and teaching modes. Today, the ecological research of educational model is increasingly paid attention by the educational circle. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to introduce the concept of network into the ecological model of education. This paper attempts to use the basic viewpoints and principles of ecology to guide college English teaching and English teacher development under the network environment, and proposes to improve college English teaching and English teacher development under the network model. Actively build green ecological classroom, let students become the master of the classroom and get harmonious and optimized development, so that the curriculum construction is in a benign ecological cycle.
