Abstract

In the process of human communication, language and writing can be produced and used. Library is an excellent carrier of written records. Libraries also play an important role in the inheritance and development of human material civilization and spiritual civilization. The development of library management culture in the new period accords with the realistic requirements of Chinese nation's cultural confidence. This paper expounds the characteristics of library management culture, further explores the construction of library management culture path under the new situation, in order to lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of library management culture.
