Abstract
As one of the most important inventions of the 20th century, the Internet has profoundly affected all aspects of the world from the beginning, especially with the rapid development of the mobile Internet, China has created the world's largest group of netizens. As a government department, how to deal with and handle public opinion on the Internet has become a difficult problem. Especially when the development of media has entered the era of integrated media, it has brought huge challenges to the response of network public opinion.
