Abstract

The Party and the state make clear the strategic policy of governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law. In this context, higher vocational colleges should also respond positively to the national strategic policy, actively extend the rule of law to higher vocational colleges, and carry out rule of law management in the management of higher vocational students. Higher vocational colleges directly transport talents for the economic construction of our country, so it has positive significance for the rule of law management of talents to the stability of society and the students of higher vocational colleges to adapt to the rhythm and demand of society after entering the society.
