Abstract

Higher vocational colleges bear the responsibility of cultivating high-tech talents for the country. In order to ensure the normal and qualified development of education and teaching, it is necessary to implement performance appraisal mechanism for the administrative personnel in colleges and universities, analyze shortcomings of the performance appraisal mechanism of administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges and seek various ways to improve, so as to provide some references for the administrative management in higher vocational colleges.
