Abstract

A surging epidemic in early 2020 has changed many people’s perceptions of the Internet. Under the influence of the epidemic, transportation has stalled, factories have shut down, schools have been closed, and the streets have become empty for a while. Under such circumstances, the Internet has begun to be full of vigor and vitality, and various network activities have become people's daily lives. Every revolution of the Internet will be a baptism of civilization. In this information age, education is constantly improving. In 2010, the Chinese government promulgated the “National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020)”, which pointed out: “The changes brought about by Internet technology to education need to attract enough attention.”
