Abstract

The performance management concept with goals as the core is gradually being respected and applied by the majority of organizations, and the degree of integration with organizational strategic planning is deepening. Therefore, how to achieve the coordinated development of organizational performance management and strategic goals and promote the implementation and implementation of organizational strategic planning is an urgent problem for organizational leaders to solve. Based on this, the author, from the perspective of building an organizational performance management system, explores the construction path of organizational top-level planning, performance subject construction and personnel support.
