Abstract

The severe situation of the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted and affected people's economic, social and spiritual life. It has changed people’s needs and lifestyles as well. It creates new challenges and new opportunities for the development of new business forms. In response to the impact, countermeasures to the development of new business forms in China are proposed in this paper.
