Abstract
The outbreak of COVID-19 had a great impact on global economy and trade. Now it seems that the impact of the epidemic will last for a long time. Since January 2020, many aspects of cross-border e-commerce export business were influenced to various extents. As of April 20, 2020, cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Zhejiang had been selected for investigation and data analysis. Then there were targeted short-term and long-term countermeasures to provide references for cross-border e-commerce management in post-epidemic era.
