Abstract

With the transformation of China from a big country to a strong country in education, the state's investment in universities is increasing year by year, university bidding and purchasing work is increasing, management problems are gradually exposed. Moreover, some problems have seriously affected the quality and efficiency of bidding and procurement. This paper analyzes the forms and methods of university bidding and procurement management under the new era background, as well as the main problems existing in the current stage of university bidding and procurement management system, and finally puts forward specific countermeasures for the optimization of university bidding and procurement management system.
