Abstract
Students' learning motivation, learning engagement, career planning and career satisfaction are deeply related to their career value orientation. Therefore, it is very important to guide professional students to form a correct career value orientation. Therefore, this article from different angles of the objective analysis of non-governmental preschool education in colleges and universities students professional value orientation, with practice and put forward some feasible measures, on the basis of investigation and analysis optimize the cultivating way, prompting preschool education professional students to consolidate the theoretical basis and having the right professional value orientation, to better promote professional quality and employment advantage.
