Abstract
According to the hotel industry research, this article analyzes the new requirements for the ability structure of compound talents under the background of industry upgrading. Combining with the international professional qualification certification, this article put forward suggestions on the development of “wine culture and tasting” professional qualified technician certificate. Besides providing cases for the construction of sommelier certificate, this article integrates the certificate research and the course construction and reform the course.
