Abstract

The TF-IDF algorithm is used to calculate the weights of various learning resource keywords. It combines the learner learning preference with vector matrix to generate the weight vectors of learning resource preference. In addition, a personalized recommendation algorithm is used to recommend learning and course resources, reduce the time for searching resources, improve the learning efficiency of learners, fulfill the differentiated needs of learners for leaning and finally enhance learning efficiency.
