Abstract

In the current rural art education, there are still some problems, such as imperfect educational facilities, insufficient teaching staff, family and society, which seriously hinder the development of rural art education. Through the analysis of the resource advantages of local colleges and universities and their significance to the development of rural art education, this paper puts forward the effective ways to improve the level of rural art education by using the resources of local colleges and universities from three dimensions: the extension of their own advantageous resources to rural schools, the government's increasing investment in rural art education, and the development of rural art and culture education market.
