Abstract

Game review is an important way for players to give feedback on game quality. The authors built up a satisfaction evaluation model which demonstrates certain scores of sentiment tendency of game players on particular elements by using the technology of TF_IDF extracting factors influencing user satisfaction. Then sentiment dictionary was applied to calculate sentiment extremum of the factors above. The results proved that this approach is effective for analysis on mobile games in Chinese style. This provides data support usefully for game developers to improve the research and development and satisfaction of players towards mobile game in Chinese styles.
