Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of spleen and stomach weak breast cancer patients when taking Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with chemotherapy. Methods: From February 2017 to May 2020, 37 patients with breast cancer with spleen and stomach weakness in our hospital were selected as the research group, and Shenlingbaizhu powder plus and minus decoction combined with chemotherapy treatment was selected; 37 patients with breast cancer with spleen and stomach weakness were also selected As a reference group, conventional chemotherapy treatment was performed to compare the treatment efficiency, incidence of adverse reactions, and quality of life of the two groups of patients. Results: First of all, comparing the treatment efficiency, the study group was 97.29% and the reference group was 81.08%. The data were different, P<0.05. Secondly, comparing the incidence of adverse reactions, the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.70% and that in the reference group was 16.21%. The data were different, P<0.05. Finally, comparing the quality of life, the score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group after treatment, the data were different, P<0.05. Conclusion: For patients with breast cancer with weak spleen and stomach, Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with chemotherapy can improve the treatment efficiency and quality of life of the patients, and can also reduce adverse reactions and have application value.
