Abstract
Optoelectronic oscillators can be widely used in electronics and communication fields due to their advantages. However, due to the performance of the components and the use environment, it is necessary to optimize its performance to improve the stability. Combined with previous research experience, this paper proposes an optoelectronic oscillator based on phase locked loop control. The performance test shows that the stability is greatly improved compared with the conventional double-ring structure optoelectronic oscillator, and it can be applied and produced.
