Abstract
The environment affects the training efficiency and physical function of athletes. To this end, this paper studies the biochemical characteristics and functions of athletes' pre-match training based on environmental regulations. Through the performance monitoring of boxers during winter training and before the competition, the thesis understands the changes in physiological and biochemical indicators, the changes in performance and the fitness of the athletes at different training stages, and helps coaches improve their scientific training and ensure the health of athletes. Athletes achieve excellent results to provide protection.
