Abstract

Quality education is an educational activity that aims to improve the basic qualities of all students and promote their physical and mental development. This article briefly explains how to implement quality education in physical training and teaching according to the Party and the state's spirit of strengthening youth sports, strengthening youth's physique and the regulations of relevant departments and the content of quality education.
