Abstract

Model motivation is a kind of motivation commonly used in college students' ideological and political education. The power of role models is endless. Choosing a role model is equivalent to setting a banner, which will play a huge incentive role. If the example is used properly, it can fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students, can achieve the management effectiveness required by education, make education more persuasive, more oriented, and better play the role of education
