Abstract

The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in Wuhan, China in December 2019 had a great impact on the national economy, and all major industries in the country were affected to varying degrees, especially in China's real economy, such as real estate, catering, tourism, entertainment and so on. In this paper, we attempt to explore the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on China's real estate industry, analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the real estate industry from three aspects, and put forward some practical and effective countermeasures according to the corresponding impact.
