In this paper, it regards the entrepreneurial practice project for college students, "Fruit Kingdom" as the research objective, and then analyzes the current development status and existing problems in the fruit salad industry and discusses accordingly by combing with the existing environment, problems and reasons, so that the practice project can be implemented. Besides, it also solves problems in the fruit salad industry by a special marketing mode, and promotes the development of the fruit salad industry. It's expected that the research made in the paper can help marketing personnel of the fruit salad industry in China.
