Abstract

In recent years, fraud cases have frequently occurred in listed companies. Through Kangmei Pharmaceutical's financial fraud cases, this article aims to provide practical advices to reduce the occurrence of fraud cases, protect investors’ interests, and strengthen market supervision. This article analyses reference literatures, and uses the method of induction and summary to analyze the causes of financial fraud from the four levels of GONE theory, and express views on the four levels.
